Tipping the Scales

I could say it was the cost of repairing the transmission on the minivan - or the saftey issue driving long distances on worn tires, or the fear of breaking down at night on the desolate highway...But if I am to be honest with you, dear readers, it was the lure of actually getting up our steep driveway in the winter that tipped the scales for us in recently buying our used AWD Equinox.

You have no idea how excited I am at the possibilty of getting up the snowy driveway this winter in a warm, dry vehicle. The thought of NOT having to drag groceries up the hill on a bright orange plastic toboggan has me practically giddy!!!!!!!!!
